- A 50% investment is required to start work. In some instances, 100% of the investment is due at the onset. Upon receipt, information needed to complete the LinkedIn profile will be gathered. This intake process consists of a review of current bio and website content along with telephone interviews as needed. Owlish Communications™ embraces a collaborative approach with each client to make sure that the finished profile is the best possible representation.

- The expected time of completion varies with each individual and depends on the amount of materials to be reviewed and the extent of research required. No additional expenses will be incurred by the client during the course of profile preparation.
- The work shall be considered performed upon the posting of the LinkedIn profile on the client’s LinkedIn website. The client will be notified prior to posting. If training is required, the work shall be considered performed upon the delivery of the training services requested.
The remaining balance is due at the time any training services are rendered.
- If additional requests are made for services that extend beyond the scope of what has been agreed upon, then this will be considered new work and will be subject to regular hourly or retainer rates.
- During the course of the work, specific LinkedIn account issues may arise for the client that compromise, partially impede, or restrict normal site functionality. Owlish Communications makes no claim as to its ability to resolve the problem, and will not be held liable for any actions or inactions that occur as a result of interceding on the client’s behalf when authorized to do so.
